Conference Banquet for MKM 2006

On the Friday night of the 5th International Conference on MathematicalKnowledge Management, we will have the usual celebration banquet. This yearit will take the form of a barbecue, hopefully in the stunning grounds ofthe hotel but inside if the weather is inclement. The menu will be:

• Brochette of Tikka Spiced Vegetables
• Peppercorn Minute Steak with Herb Butter
• Cajun Trout on Pailote with Sweetcorn and Beef Tomato
• Flat Cap Mushroom with Courgette and Goats Cheese (*)
• Baked Potatoes, Corn on the Cob
• Freshly Baked Breads and Pitta Bread
• BBQ Sauce, Tomato Relish, Mayonnaise, French Dressing
• A Selection of Salads including Tomato, Cucumber and Mixed Leaves,Cajun Coleslaw, Chive, Potato Salad, Beetroot, Orange
• A Selection of Tempting Desserts with Cream and Coulis
• Fresh Fruit Display
• Red and White House Wine
• Still and Sparkling Water

A Cash Bar will also be available for further drinks. Delegates with dietaryrestrictions outside these offerings should indicate this on theirregistration form and they will be catered for.
