MKM 2004 Conference - 1500 PLN (approx. 315 Euro - Euro rate by April 2004)
Workshop "Mathematical User-Interfaces" - 700 PLN (approx. 145 Euro)
Workshop "30 Years of Mizar" - 500 PLN (approx. 105 Euro)

Cancelation

must be in written form to the Conference Chair (address at the main page ).

before August 25, 2004 - 70% will be refunded,
after August 25, 2004 - no refund will be made.

Cancelations will be processed after the Conference.

Liability and Insurance: The organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the private property of participants during the Conference and Workshop. The participation fee does not include any form of insurance. Conference and Workshop participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.
